1. What materials are your greenhouses made of?  

We offer a variety of materials for our greenhouses. The options include powder-coated steel frames with a PVC cover, powder-coated steel frames with a PE mesh cover, or aluminum frames with polycarbonate panels. Each material has its own advantages, and the choice ultimately depends on the customer's needs and preferences.

2. Do you offer installation services for your greenhouses?

No, we do not offer installation services for our greenhouses. 

3. Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to these states: NSW, ACT, SA, QLD and VIC (some bulky items are unavailable for shipping to certain postcodes, please refer to the product page or view our shipping policy). We do not currently offer shipping to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS) due to shipping costs and logistical challenges. If you would still like a quote for shipping to one of these areas, please feel free to contact our customer support team. 

4. What is the warranty on your products?

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our greenhouses. If you experience any issues with your greenhouse during this time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC - approximately 3-5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT - approximately 4-8 working days;
For customers in QLD - approximately 7-10 working days.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping service's website.

7. What is your return or refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please read our refund policy.
