We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please take photos immediately and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

Incorrect Product Received: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product other than what is on your receipt, please notify us immediately. We will promptly correct the error by sending the correct product or issuing a refund.

 

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return for eligible items, please contact our customer service team at info@greenhousesgalore.com.au. Provide your order number or copy of receipt, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs of damaged or defective products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable

Misuse: The consumer's misuse of the product is what led to the issue.

Change of Mind: Customers who simply change their mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide they no longer want or need the product typically do not qualify for refunds
